A P.O.S.H. Life
There is a shop in Chicago that I dearly love, P.O.S.H. It used to be in a little storefront by my favorite theatre, The Music Box & has since moved downtown: 613 N. State. If you are looking for unique home & tableware, this is your kind of place. They have a wide selection of restaurant china & dinnerware:
I love these pitchers:
Especially this one, which was used for water at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York:
These Salt & Pepper shakers are too cute:
I also loved these aprons:
There are so many wonderful little treasures to be found:
My favorite items have to do with a mysterious beverage I’ve always been curious about:
They even have this amazing Absinthe Fountain:
For some reason this beverage has completely captured my imagination. MS Darby posted a great little piece about it a few years ago.
Someday, I hope to try this fascinating concoction in Paris. Au revoir mes amis!
